Refund Policy

Customers may request a refund within 14 days from the date of payment.

2. How Refunds Are Handled

Payments for FBLive Pro Cloud are processed by Paddle as Merchant of Record. Refund handling follows Paddle Buyer Terms and Paddle refund standards.

If approved, the refund is returned to the original payment method used at checkout.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact support through your account dashboard or reply to the Paddle receipt email for the relevant transaction. Please include your purchase email and transaction reference.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any update is effective when published on this page.
