FBLive Pro Cloud is a digital software subscription service. Due to the immediate and ongoing access to software functionality, subscription payments are generally non-refundable.

You may request a refund within 14 days of your initial payment date. Refund requests will be reviewed by our support team in line with Paddle Buyer Terms and applicable consumer protection requirements.
If your request is eligible, a refund may be approved for the most recent subscription charge.
